We hope that, alone or in good company, you will be able to enjoy some tranquility by trying to grasp part of our work through our glass of wine, or just looking beyond what you actually see.

The philosophy of the Dario Princic company follows two fundamental principles: respect for nature and the land we work, represented by the vineyards below you and respect for history and its traditions, partly enclosed in what you have in front of you, Monte Sabotino.

All this translates into: through the refusal of the use of synthetic chemicals in the vineyard and that in the cellar means spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and without temperature control and periods in which the wine is accompanied in its evolution, after important periods of maceration on the skins of the grapes and without the use of additives or modern oenological techniques, as it used to be, a few centuries ago.

From where you are seated, if you have the road straight in front of you, behind you, you can see Monte Sabotino with the small village of San Mauro at its feet, and then looking a little further to the right you will cross the border arriving with your eyes up to Nova Gorica.
